My Weekend in Bermuda

Bermuda Lagoon that is... which can be found in Westport, CT, to see the house that my aunt and uncle moved into a couple of weeks back and it is gorgeous! I cannot get over how beautiful it is! I normally write a novel in my posts, but I took so many pictures, that I think I'll keep this blog post short.

I hate wearing pants. Pants are not nearly as flattering as other options (dresses, jeans, leggings, etc) and they're not nearly as comfortable either, so why bother? Forget about burning bras, burn your pants! I am liking the printed pant trend that's going these days though, so I was thrilled when I found these floral print leggings at H&M. I love the fact that they used fall colors in the print to help transition floral into the Autumn season! Another highlight to these leggings is that they were only $10, so I don't feel bad about wearing this, what could very well be, short lived trend. I also snuck in a picture of my ombre highlights in my hair to show everyone how much lighter they have gotten!! I am totally loving the color and am pretty much decided that I am going to go back to get some more highlights put in!

I'm no Martha Stewart, but I love baking! My aunt had baked cookies for us to decorate for a homeless shelter (she totally loves Halloween and goes over the top for it, so awesome!). Check out our cookies!! FYI, the amazing cat cookie was decorated by my mom, I specialized in the "BOO" cookie. Don't look at me with those judgmental eyes.
